- Contest is open to Canadian residents only over 18 years of age.

- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

- Winners must respond within 10 days of being contacted or the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.

- Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and substitutions are not permitted.

- Big Fish Coffee Co. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
