SHIPPING FAQ

Big Fish Coffee Co. has shipping available Canada-wide and LOCAL pickup in Kelowna, BC.

Local Pickup
Your order will be available for pickup at TW Outdoors located at #101-2340 BC-97, Kelowna, BC, V1X 4H8. Orders will be ready the Friday following your order date anytime after 12:00pm; orders made less than 24 hours before this time will be included in the following Friday's pickup schedule. For example, any orders made after 12:00pm on Thursday will be available the following Friday after 12:00pm. 

Canada Post
We use Canada Post Expedited as our preferred method of shipping all of our products. We do not deal with any other shipping providers at this time.

We roast your coffee to order. Orders placed by 11:59pm PST Monday-Thursday will be shipped out by the second business day.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship by the following Tuesday.

RESTRICTIONS

We can ship our coffee to any address in Canada. We cannot ship Internationally at this time. 

PAYMENT

All transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed by PayPal, on their secure site. PayPal can accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eCheck, or PayPal fund transfers. For more information or to register please visit PayPal.

SECURITY

100% of your credit card transaction is carried out on PayPal’s secure servers. Your credit card information is not sent to our servers.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We roast and ship every business day. All orders will be shipped within two business days, via Canada Post Expedited. Your shipments can be located with your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If a tracking number is unavailable, please email our team and we will help you find the status of your order.

In rare cases, shipping may take 7-10 business days. We cannot be held accountable for any shipping issue issues outside of our control.

DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries to customers are made through Canada Post. Delivery times are usually between 1 and 3 days, depending on the shipping destination; within the Okanagan, deliveries usually take one business day.

Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with a postal code. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Standard shipping rates apply unless specified. Orders / Deliveries to select remote locations may not be available at this time.

REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS

Our coffee is delivered in sealed, valved bags, which prevents contamination or damage. However, if the bag arrives unsealed or compromised, please send it back freight collect (i.e., we pay for your return shipment) and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Big Fish Coffee Co. takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
